(1c) 2c Oats
(1/4c) 1/2c Almonds (optional)
(1/4c) 1/2c Egg Whites
(1/4t) 1/2t Salt
(5/8c) 1 1/4c Milk
(1/2t) 1t Vanilla Extract
(1t) 2t Baking Powder
Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Spoon batter onto pan and let cook until middle starts to bubble and edges start to set then flip. Enjoy!

I skipped the almonds and used almond milk and it came out to 370 calories for FOUR big pancakes that actually look like the picture!
none of that annoying 1 pancake serving size.
